I am 83 yrs old, so I buy for leakage. I will not use other brands! I do need help finding a pad I like.

So, my teen doesnt where conventional pads during her time. She has usually worn the brands available at the grocery store. I ordered her these and.... she reports they wear like a CLOUD! The absorbing powers are amazing! Plus, I feel better as the Mama purchasing a product that isnt riddled with fakiness!

I wore these during the day at work & these exceeded my expectations especially for someone who has extremely heavy cycles. The only thing I don’t see how it would fit someone a size 30 when I’m 18/20 but I could wear this for an entire work shift with no leakage. Also, I feel like when you wear organic pads/briefs that it cuts your period in half!

I wear a size 26 in pants and it says that l/clear will work for my size. Maybe my thighs are to big because they broke apart in an instant. Before I could even get em up. Ive been using them as huge pads instead putting shorts or undies over them so they can stay on. Its been working well enough.

I’m packing these in my hospital bag for post partum, baby number 3. I tried them on and they fit perfectly! I wish I would’ve had these for my first two babies. Not scented at all and seem like they would be really absorbent. Definitely buying a couple more packages. Those hospital mesh underwear suck. I’m 195 pounds, 5’8, 7 and a half months pregnant. The XL fit like a dream!

These diapers were amazing for my postpartum. I bought these because of how clean they are vs other brands who add scents, etc. They were incredibly soft and comfortable, there’s no tightness around the hip. While they did prevent leaks, I wouldn’t exactly say they are absorbent. I felt like the fluids kind of sat at the top of the pad piece. I would either have to dabble the top with toilet paper each time I used the restroom, or add a small removable pad to the inside. This worked well for me since the diaper wouldn’t rip if I added my own pad. The sides rip very well so it’s easy to take off, too! I would note that if you’re going for discreet, this isnt the most fashionable option. Leggings are a no go with them on and you can sort of see them through sweats, but great for around the house. For reference, I was 165lbs postpartum and I’m 4’10 and wore a L/XL.

I have been waiting for surgery for fibroids and polyps and have an extremely heavy flow requiring blood and iron transfusions, so I have been trying pretty much every product available so I can leave the house or sleep at night. I had to finally swallow my pride about wearing what is essentially a diaper and I honestly wish I had tried these a long time ago. I cant go a full 8 hours without leaking, but Ive managed 6 on some heavy nights and that is a huge improvement over the biggest overnight pads that overflow at 60-90 minutes. I also have heavy clotting and the design of these help contain the clots while changing them, which was always an issue with pads. My only complaint is the sizing - I wish there was an option between the two currently available. The S/M fit me in every way except for the leg holes, which are uncomfortably tight. The L/XL are way too big. I have thick legs, so this may not be an issue for other people. Im 55, 160lb, size 10 pants for reference.

If you have a heavy flow I definitely recommend these especially at night if your a wild sleeper like my self no accidents when I woke up. I personally wouldn’t wear these if I’m at work or school because you would have to remove your pants to change it and that’s too much work. 10/10 will recommend for night time.
