I wish I had found these 40 years ago! These are perfect for nighttime use during my period. No more wearing multiple pads, no more poor sleep worrying that by shifting position I will shift the pads and leak blood, and no more having to wash sheets every morning because of bloody leaks despite all my worry! Thank goodness I found these for my daughters earlier in their lives!

Love this product! The first two days of my period are heavy and I have to change my pad and tampon every two hours. At night I usually wear two overnight pads and a tampon. Now I just wear these underwear and it absorbs everything with no leakage. Amazing product and it has saved my nights and fear of leaking on my sheets.

This underwear is comfy but for some reason during my period, it was kind of leaking out the crevice of the underwear if that makes sense. I’m 131 lbs and purchased size s/m. I purchased correct size. I didn’t feel completely secure on my heavier days

I am 83 yrs old, so I buy for leakage. I will not use other brands! I do need help finding a pad I like.

These babies were life saving PP! They’re as comfortable as panties, but get the job done while healing. Strongly suggest!

If you have a heavy flow I definitely recommend these especially at night if your a wild sleeper like my self no accidents when I woke up. I personally wouldn’t wear these if I’m at work or school because you would have to remove your pants to change it and that’s too much work. 10/10 will recommend for night time.

These are the best and so comfortable I can go to sleep without worrying about my sheets. I wear them to work too.
