Happy with my purchase.

My fiance had this house for his rabbit. I specifically hunted this house down for my 2 year old rabbit. She had been living in a build a bear box, until I finally upgraded her house to this house. I love the quality of the house, the nails are small and not a danger for my rabbit, the wood is natural and safe for her to chew on, and she can enter the house through the window or door. I never thought I could get her to give up the Build-A-Bear Box, but it was trashed 3 days after she received this. I put a blanket in it and on top of it. she loves to sleep on the top of it. She frequently marks it with her chin to say she loves it! This is one of the best purchases for rabbits!!!!

My guinea pigs love these there was no place that i seen to select a size thou i received the large size

nice and roomy for 2 guinea pigs. I like that the entrance covers parts of 2 sides, and the piggies love jumping through the window! they also love munching on it, which can be loud at night, so sometimes we switch it out for a plastic one while sleeping though...

Okay, I personally understand why many people are complaining about this product however I really enjoy it! I bought the Large one (the one seen on the bottom of the photo) yes it is true only one comes with it which may be misleading to some people but my rabbits love it. I own two Holland Lop Rabbits, one is full grown and she perfectly fits inside, so if you have a large rabbit breed it may not fit. The product came unbroken, undamaged, and overall i am happy with the product.

i only recieved the bottom section. it showes four levels. i would like to know what happened to the rest of my order

If you purchase this you only recive the base, so the picture is there to trick you. Very disapointed of this ítem.

Much smaller than I thought it would be

I purchased a similar wood box 18 years ago for my rabbit at the time and it was the same brand, but it was actually made of wood and was the same price I paid for this one. This box isnt even wood. Its poor quality consisting of various plywoods glued together. It smelled like glue when I first put it in my rabbits cage...and it took a few days for my rabbit to hide in it, sit on top of it...or use it at all. I think he smelled the glue smell too.
