> 3 dayUpdate: The company was distressed by my experience and offered a full refund, unsolicited. They expressed a real interest in my concerns, a willingness to stand up, and they put their money behind it. I feel good about their response and have adjusted my stars accordingly. I trust the company will make improvements to their product based on my experience. This is a powerful steam cleaner and it does the job. However, it’s a real slow go. It takes a good 10+ minutes every time it needs refilling, which is often. And even though it says it won’t open until it’s safe, don’t believe it. I thought I had emptied all the water, but I hadn’t. When I opened the cap that’s not supposed to open until it’s a safe temperature, the water burst out and burned my hand. It’s also really hard to hold the steam button down, which I mitigated by switching off between my thumb and index finger. I used it on the grout in my bathrooms and laundry room, and it did make a noticeable difference. I had to refill twice while only cleaning the worst sections of a 10x3’ section of the laundry room, which was frustrating. I also tried out the clothes steaming feature and it worked well. But after I burned my hand while opening the water unit, I’m leery of using it again. There see warnings about leaving water in the tank, but I really thought I had emptied it, so let the fault lie where it may. I’ve had other steam cleaners that were lighter and didn’t burn me; on the other hand, this one seems to be more powerful, so make up your own mind.

> 3 dayGreat product and I use it a lot. Only thing I didn’t like is it was sent to the wrong address and had issues getting my package from my neighbor. When delivering they need to double check to make sure they have the correct address .

> 3 dayThis steamer is very easy to use and has a variety of attachments. I had a broken attachment and customer care was easy to get to and is working with me to get a replacement.

> 3 dayI love this dang thing! Does a wonderful job all around. Only down side that semi drives me CRAZY is that it runs out of water quite quickly (estimated 5-10minutes of steaming) I get through maybe a standard bedroom door on one side before I need to refill it. Which you have to unplug and let decompress to fill it then wait another 4 mins to re-boil the water. I’d still recommend it as far as I’m concerned most of these hand held steamers will probably be low capacity.

> 3 dayIts ok. I bought this to clean the mold off the washer detergent tray/receptacle area and the sauce stains on the cloth seats of our car. Did the job well but using this proved to be a bit of a chore. First, the on/off switch needs a lock this way you are able to firmly grip the handle and not have your thumb hurt the rest of the day. Its not heavy but with your thumb always on the switch, your hand will get sore. 2nd, a fill window that way you will always know if you’ve filled it right. Twice I tried to fill it and it always overfilled because I did not know how much water is still in there. Manual says to fill up to 250ml but there is no way to tell if the thing still has water left from the previous use. 3rd, hose could use another 6-8 inches (don’t we all, joke!) or maybe an attachment to extend reach. Again, its ok for use here and there. But it will get cumbersome with prolonged use.

> 3 dayI purchased this steamer for cleaning my comforter, grout and diamond jewelry. I’ve used it about 5 times and so far I’m pleased. I like it’s lightweight however it’s almost too compact. The hose is very short even with the accessory tips. And perhaps I’d the trigger was on the wand itself instead of the unit the shorter house length would not be an issue and free up one hand to be able up handle the items you are trying to clean.
