> 24 hourLove! I wish the cord was longer but works wonderfully on hard water stains and more. And after and before in the photo.

> 24 hourSuper easy to use and you can clean anything with it, just steam it and wipe away dirt and grime. When i 1st got it i just played around with it testing it on different stuff. As you can see in my pic I got the oldest nastiest cookie sheet i could find. With the steam and the metal brush a few scrubs i could see so much taken off. I was impressed. I used it for my hood above the stove, the grease just melted away [note put towel or something to catch the grease. I learned the hard way.] I have wanted a steam cleaner for a while. Contemplating on what size and power to get. I decided to try this little unit. I am very happy with my choice. Small light unit, even my disabled mother can use. Doesnt take too long to heat up and you get quite a while when its unplugged and mobile. The cord is quite long and can be used plugged in. Comes with all the little attachments. Havent used them all but the metal brush is awesome. The water tank could be bigger but I knew the size when I ordered it. Definitely a recommendation from me. The company even reached out to me to ask if everything was good with it and I was happy, Definitely a great sign the seller stand behind their products. Not something you see all the time

> 24 hourNice little machine but it would take forever to do a tile floor or shower stall.

> 24 hourWhile this came with all the tools they are not as easy to use as you would think. The machine is heaverier than expected for needing to hold the whole time while cleaning. Only used once for a short period of time so hopefully it will get better with each use.

> 24 hourI bought this to help clean some tough grease spot around the kitchen and it just melts the nasty grease oils and dirt off. Cleaning the microwave vent has never been easier with this. I didn’t think I’d use all the attachments that come included but they all have a useful purpose around the home; especially in the bathrooms. If you start to see specs of black mold in the shower, give it blast with this and it will not only kill the mold, it makes it disappear. I didn’t think I’d use this thing so often but it’s one of my favorite cleaning utensils over harsh chemicals.

> 24 hourIts just alright so far. I didnt realize it came with such a short cord, so you need an extension cord unless youre cleaning next to an outlet. It will BLAST whatever dirt and grime youre cleaning all over the place. I didnt realize the steam would come out with such force. In the shower, sure, you can wash it down the drain. Otherwise... careful. When you need to replace water, WAIT 15 to 30 minutes before opening. I guess it works ok for some cleaning situations, but Im not so impressed to say it was worth $50.

> 24 hourIts uses is geared towards light cleaning and sanitation. It can be awkward to use in tight spaces. Pressure fades quickly during usage. Overall its good for light cleaning.

> 24 hourCustomer service was very helpful. They were very quick to respond and handle the situation. Even though the product didn’t work out (possible a defective) they did offer to send a free replacement. I already purchased a different steamer so they offered a refund!

> 24 hourThis worked ok when I have it a quick try but Im on the fence whether Im keeping it. The attachments blow off with very little pressure and I find it dangerous since the steam disperses into a cloud near your hand when it comes flying off. Im going to fiddle with it to see if theres a better way to secure the attachments that Im not seeing. UPDATE FOR ATTACHMENT ISSUE:. You have to twist the attachments to secure them. Preferably before you turn the unit on since some steam trickles out the whole time its powered on The directions suck. I also dont like that I cant see the water level. Its a guessing game and one thing the directions keep saying is dont use it without water... Its not like you can just take the cap off to check - the directions say thats a no no too until it cools. You also have to slide a plastic lever up then push down on the button to get the steam pressure - I used it for about 15 minutes and found it annoying since its awkward and my finger began cramping holding it steady for the amount of pressure I needed. This is my first steamer so its a learning curve ... I need to do some research and decide whether this is a keeper with all its quirks or not since I wont be using this daily. The attachment issue is the most concerning - if I cant figure out how to secure the attachments - its a goner. Not worth risking burns to my hands or face. Hopefully this will help someone else when making theyre decision.
