The cb shop in wildwood, Fl. Said it was a very cheap built cb refused to work on it . I returned it.

I have had lots of radios over the years and this is my favorite. Works great and I get radio checks from other towns and states. There are only 2 draw backs. 1) no ssb. 2) when putting a D104 on it. The Channel will change every now and then. Plus you have to cover the mic ground on the plug side or it will touch the center pin, witch is power and your radio will smoke like mine did. Lucky I can fix mine. I unplugged it asap. Only burned a ribbon cable. Other than that. This is a dinomite radio.

Awesome radio. Easy conversion to 11 meter. Puts my Stryker to shame

Fantastic unit for the money just buy it

This is my second President Richard. It Is a learning curve over a Connex or Galaxy. This is not an out of the box 11 meter radio. To talk to other trucks using CBs you will have to have it converted or convert it yoursel. I did mine myself as CB shops are not as common as they used to be. A big plus for me is being able to turn up the power from a menu without having to open up the radio. You will have to open it for the conversion. The side bands are a bit complicated but I dont use them. It has a good clear sound and my first one always got complimented on its sound and power. I like how being small it takes people by surprise. Has all the bells and whistles I wanted without having to add more or spend a bunch of money at a Cb Shop paying to mod a new radio.

Bought it to try in my truck Built good turns on and makes noise I just couldnt figure it out how to set it up so I just put it back in the package and put it away maybe its a import version and have to take it to get it converted for the united states frequency so Im good with the product just not happy I cant figure it out to work

Bought this to extend the range of my radio over the standard one. I like the variable output that I turn up just enough to get the job done. Half the size of my old radio but clean layout and easy to convert

Very few ham radio operators use AM of FM modulation on the high frequency bands. Although, there a few FM repeaters on the 10 m band. This radio is not very useful to licensed ham radio operators. If, you buy this radio, please make the 11 m conversion and stay off the ham bands. Do your illegal and disruptive business on CB.

The radio works pretty good it has a good sound and gets out even with the stock microphone, there is absolutely zero adjustments inside the radio, theres only two things that I dont like about the radio, the meter is always about 1/3 to 1/2 over no matter how quiet it is out it seems like that meter is way too sensitive and there is no way to adjust it and the radio is very sensitive in a mobile application as far as picking up power lines and things like that, very noisy receiver
