> 3 dayFor the longest time I had to order these pens through Office Depot. They always came in a half-mangled box by the time they got to me. Now that I have found them at Amazon Im thrilled. These are greats pens. I love rollerball pens and purple is my favorite color. They tip of the pen is fine.

> 3 dayI really like these pens and the color. I think they write very smooth and consistent for the most part. Why the 3 stars is I do a lot of standing at work. I have accidentally dropped a few on the floor and they stop writing smoothly afterwards. I am not sure what causes this but I still think they are a good product overall.

> 3 dayThese are wonderful pens. Ink flows well, point is sharp, truly a delight to write with. Just dont leave them in a place (like a locked car) in high heat...that makes them prone to leak. Otherwise, call me a happy camper - I love the purple color and rarely use any other pens to do my writing.

> 3 dayThe pilot VBall is the pen I have been using since 2003 back when I started college, my hand/arm get tired when I write a lot, but with this pen it takes a lot of writing before the pain starts. I used to buy them overseas, too. As long as this pen is being produced, I will continue to buy it.

> 3 dayThese are the only pens I use! Actually there are two versions: the normal version and a version that uses 80% recycled materials. I prefer to use recycled materials, but they have a little more cost. As for the pens, they write great...the best that I have known. I buy these and keep some at home and at work. I actually use them so much, almost all my pens I use until they go completely dry, meaning I dont lose them...I hold on to these things and take them everywhere I go.

Greater than one weekThese are beautiful pens that make me want to write and write. Just be careful taking them on a plane, the altitude makes them leak. Otherwise, these are all I write with. Perfect for addressing Christmas cards, invitations, etc - when you want beautiful calligraphic handwriting.

> 3 dayAs a writer, you rarely think youre going to rave about a particular product and then write a review about the dumb thing. But thats just what I am doing for the Pilot V-Ball, Extra Fine, UPC # 35200, Black pen. I have used one for over ten years and usually I cant find them in the stores and thus have to order them. Its OK and heres why. I am a consultant and keep a number of billable hours logs: Telephone incoming and outgoing time, client activities, and just jot-`em-down entries. What got on my nerves with other pens, was the resulting glob of ink if you held your pen too long in one spot; the uneven distribution of ink; the long drying time so that you wind up with an ink stain on your hand. I also write with my hand on the page and a glide stroke across it. Old habits die hard. You can hold this pen in one place as you ponder, its OK. The ink is as even on the beginning of the sentence as it is on the punctuation at the end. And the drying time is so fast a second after you write, the ink is dry. The most important aspect of this remarkable pen is the ability to lay the ink down in such a thin, tiny line that I get more compulsive-obsessive notes in the nooks and crannies of my logbooks. So there. An ode to a pen. If you like just a wonderful pen - this is it. Oh yes, for all you folks who still write longhand for the feel of it, and then the computer - this is still it.
