Greater than one weekThe chimes are small the overall appearance is something I definitely wouldnt give to any grieving pet owner. It would make them cry more. I normally dont give bad reviews but this item was very disappointing. I didnt return it because I was so busy at work that I didnt have the time to ship them back.
