I was excited because I could personalize it with her pups name but after purchasing it I was told I would get a confirmation and instructions on how to add name in email but never got it. Very disappointed with that part. Since it was a gift I have no idea what it actually looks like or nothing. Just hope they didn’t included how much I paid for it since I also wasn’t given the option to leave a gift note. ☺️
