> 24 hourMy landlord lost her dog tragically in a car accident. I purchased another set of chimes that were just stamped metal and didnt even chime like they were supposed to. Returned those chime and bought these. The difference 9in quality is astonishing, considering this was only like $3 more. This is much higher quality than the other one, and comes packaged very nicely with a poem. I could see this being sold in a Hallmark store because of how nice it is.

> 24 hourThe chimes are small the overall appearance is something I definitely wouldnt give to any grieving pet owner. It would make them cry more. I normally dont give bad reviews but this item was very disappointing. I didnt return it because I was so busy at work that I didnt have the time to ship them back.
