> 3 dayI compared about a dozen multi-vitamins in a micronutrient scheduler and this one did a good job of fulfilling a lot of things that arent typically found in daily foods. The one drawback to this (naturally) is that you get of a bit of an aftertaste if you dont wash down with a full gulp of water, would have stomach burn when taken on an empty stomach unlike lesser gummy-type so sensitive stomachs be aware. Otherwise, awesome and plan to buy again.

Greater than one weekSimple multivitamin that is relatively cheap and effective. I found that the pills themselves are best taken with water after a meal. As long as you dont crush the pill or let it sit in your mouth for too long, it wont leave a nasty aftertaste.

> 3 dayTo be frank, this brand of vitamin isnt exactly top of the line (not the sellers fault of course) They are not meant to be chewed (I can tell you that from experience). However, the coarseness of the tablet is kind of telling about how the absorption goes. There are better multivitamins out there, but for the money this one gets the job done!

> 3 dayEverytime I take this, I start to feel sluggish and tired an hour afterwards. I couldnt figure out what was causing that and started to connected to this at the very end. I didnt think multi-vitamins could cause that, but I looked it up as we all tend to do now and it did say some multi-vitamins we could be taking too much of it. Although this doesnt seem to have high quantitys of the essential vitamins, but maybe my body just doesnt need one of the ingredients in this. It could just be one thing in this thats causing it. Ive taken other multi-vitamin brands and I dont have that issue. Its always just this one. I checked to see if others on here had the same issue, but theyre just complaining about being nauseous. Um perhaps because youve been taking it on an empty stomach which youre not supposed to do. After taking this daily for five months straight I then started to feel dizzy an hour after taking this. I didnt put it together that it was this until I started to test it out. Then of course I ran to the internet to see if multivitamins can make you dizzy, and they do claim if your body has too much of a particular supplement or vitamin that it can make you feel dizzy and tired. Its possible this built up in my system and taking it daily isnt necessary. There were only a few reviews citing dizziness, so the possibility of getting that might be on the lower ranges of side effects. I dont know whats in this causing the fatigue and dizziness. High amounts of Zinc can do that and this has 11 mg., which is the maximum per day, so maybe its pushing it in this.

Greater than one weekI’ve been taking One A Day Multivitamins for the past few months and can say I do feel better generally. I started taking it because I don’t get enough Vitamin D or B6 or B12. There are however, a few things I’ve noticed since first starting. You should make sure you’re properly hydrated and taking the vitamin after having a big meal. I found that not eating after taking it agitated my stomach a bit and made me feel nauseous. I’m sure the effect is different on everyone, this is just what I’ve noticed. Otherwise, I’m been feeling less sick and in a better mood. My only criticism is that this bottle only has 200 vitamins. For the price you could go to Costco and get it on sale regularly for $2-3 more at 300 per bottle.

> 3 dayThey are what they are. Slightly large multivitamins. I’ve been taking them for years.
