> 3 dayStandard multivitamins. The pills are pretty big, like most multivitamins, so theyre not super easy to swallow, but I dont expect anything less. They have no flavour. They contain the required vitamins and minerals.

17-11-2024First things first, DO NOT buy if you are sensitive to pills. These are very large horse pills similar if not bigger than fish oil pills. They don’t really have a taste and let me warn you, eat with your vitamins. The one time I took my vitamin on an empty stomach, I almost immediately ran to the bathroom to throw up. Standard multivitamin but i’d recommend the GNC brand. My body felt a lot better and the pills are half the size. There’s a reason they give you pill cutting instructions
