I mean not really much to say. Take it by itself though. Can be a bit tricky to swallow. I take mine first in the AM and my other pills all at once. Trust me. But its a good value.

Standard multivitamins. The pills are pretty big, like most multivitamins, so theyre not super easy to swallow, but I dont expect anything less. They have no flavour. They contain the required vitamins and minerals.

ive used this product for over a year based completely on what it gives you in a serving. I do not like taking vitamins with 300% dosing on most of its nutrients like a gnc megamen and others. I also have to add to my daily magnesium oxide, tons of potassium, several calcium, and d3. it is a good base vitamin for the $

Got rid of some problems I was having

First things first, DO NOT buy if you are sensitive to pills. These are very large horse pills similar if not bigger than fish oil pills. They don’t really have a taste and let me warn you, eat with your vitamins. The one time I took my vitamin on an empty stomach, I almost immediately ran to the bathroom to throw up. Standard multivitamin but i’d recommend the GNC brand. My body felt a lot better and the pills are half the size. There’s a reason they give you pill cutting instructions
