I bought this on sale a year ago. I had a cheaper robot vac that I bought to see if I even liked them, I loved it, and thought Id upgrade. Ill admit I got the delivery and didnt open it for several months, life got in the way. Had trouble from the start getting it setup, requires a 2.4GHz wifi (in 2022?!) and mine is both 2.4 and 5 but it wouldnt recognize the 2.4. Eventually got past that but have never been able to get it to run in any mode except the default random mode. I bought it for the other modes. It has only once managed to run for a full cycle after at least 50 attempts. Ive tried all the troubleshooting I could find online to no avail, turn it off, turn it on, etc. It will not respond to the app or remote after it stops, I have put it back on the base and turn it off/on. When it decides to run for more than 2 minutes, it bumps into things much harder than my cheaper vac and somehow ends up dragging lighter things - shoes, boxes, small trash cans - around. It has never ever returned to home, just dies randomly somewhere, sometimes in the middle of an empty floor, sometimes under the furniture, sometimes two seconds after leaving its base. The only good thing I have to say is the brushes pop off and on easily (no screws), which is great for removing long hair that gets wrapped around them.

This product works great even with many obstacles. I run it every 2-3 days so that the dirt/pet hair doesnt accumulate.

This vacuum is awesome!!!! Once it learned where everything of mine was it got around a lot easier! Human hair gets tangled in the brush but my pets hair doesn’t! Both of my big dogs hair length is around 3-4 inches. I have a German Shepherd and an Australian Shepherd so you can only imagine the shedding they do! This vacuum hasn’t had any problems at all! I can relax so much better in life now that I don’t have to get up and vacuum everyday; especially since I live with a painful chronic disease. I have sent this vacuum to many people and have got several others to purchase this vacuum and have only heard positive things! You can set the vacuum on a timer to go whenever you want. I prefer mine to go while I’m sleeping. The run time I get on the high suction setting is around 84 minutes. The debris collection box is much bigger than I expected so I only have to dump every other day to every couple days. I will for sure be buying another vacuum for the second half of my house. My life is changed for the better. If you’re thinking of buying it DO!

Gets tangled in cords and stuck under furniture constantly. Bristle brushes fall off and get bent from cords. Small hole for vacuum suction where bristle brushes push debris towards to be sucked up, so often misses areas. Have to use remote or app (poor app) to control since there is only a power button on unit. If it gets bumped at all on charger will loose connection and not charge. Had a Roomba before and this is terrible compared to our old Roomba.

Exceeded my expectations. Were renovating our house and are always moving things around, and unfortunately we let it sit for a few months and now it wont charge or work? My app says it has 31% battery but every time I try to run it, the robot just beeps and my app tells me to make sure wheels are on the floor. If anyone else has experienced this, could you please help me out?

So I ordered this for my step daughter. Couldn’t beat the price. Then decided to order me one too. Hers came and was defective. The battery wouldn’t hold a charge and would work after being taken off the docking station. Called Amazon tech support as an option given just to make sure it was not operator error. It wasnt. So they tell me they can not send me a replacement but they can give me credit. I tell them “ok” cause I will just order another one. Mine came in and it works! Good to go! My problem here is now they jumped the price up $40 and now I’m screwed out of a deal. Pretty messed up. If they had just done the exchange I would not be having to pay extra. So my rating for this is 4 stars because of that. I’m gonna call and complain to Amazon as that was on them. Not the sellers fault. I went ahead and gave mine to my step daughter. But I’m still not happy I couldn’t get an exchange for the deal it was at!

I have chronic pain issues and house work is very painful at times, using the vac every day cuts down a lot of work for me and keeps my floors clean, I just love it

I run this vacuum multiple times a week. I absolutely love that I can essentially vacuum every day if I wanted to and also sit on the couch. I got this on sale so look for a great discount. It does get stuck from time to time but overall I think all my loved ones should buy this

I bought the vacuum because of the price and the reviews a little under a year ago. It did pretty well especially given the price and overall I was very impressed. It was my first actual robot vacuum and it seemed to do the trick just fine for what I used it to do. Anyway, I went away for about six months to school out of town and came back to use it. The vacuum power button flashed red and beeped at me, which indicated a charging/battery problem. Since then I’ve contacted customer service through the phone, and they recommended I email them. I did so, and it took them almost a month to get back to me which is fine because I took a bit to respond. They asked me for the serial number and things of that nature which is also okay. The problem arose when they asked for my order number, which I can’t seem to find since I bought this thing back in early 2021. I notified them of this and they said it was required. So what I did was I bought another one of these vacuums and provided this new order number. They sent me an email yesterday asking me to open up the vacuum and check the motherboard. For the normal consumer this would probably be daunting and I’m confused as to why they’d ask this of me. However I did as they asked because I do like to get hands on with these type of things. There seems to be nothing wrong with the motherboard, however I noticed a serious design flaw. On this style of vacuum, it has been copied by numerous brands. Most of them actually have an easy to open compartment where you can pop out the old battery and replace it. The OKP however, does NOT. The only way you can access the battery is by taking the whole top off, disconnecting all the wiring connected to the motherboard, and pulling off the motherboard itself. That’s a huge hassle that could’ve been EASILY avoided by just putting in a battery compartment that the consumer can access. Overall I liked the vacuum and for the price it was great, until it wasn’t. I think I’ll try getting one elsewhere by a more well known brand next time.

The vac is doing a pretty good job picking up dirt and maneuvering around our house. I am scoring it as high as I am because we have a complicated layout with several rugs on top of laminate flooring and a lot of furniture. It has only gotten stuck one time under the corner of our refrigerator. I am really impressed with that. What is it not good at? We cannot get it connected to our wifi... We have a fast band and a slow band and it wont connect to either one. That is frustrating, and one of the main reasons that we purchased this vac was to train it and control it with our phones. Maybe there will be a software upgrade or some better explanation but right now we cannot connect it to wifi and are not giving it 5 stars for that reason.
