Yes this did help with my bloating, & gut issues BUT I had to stop taking this. After a couple weeks I started having headaches every day. I took only one scoop with my coffee every morning, it is tasteless. This was the only new thing I added to my regime. After about 3 days my headaches finally subsided. It may work for you! But Im prone to headaches so be careful.

Love this. Can only taste a slight flavor in certain drinks but it’s 99% flavorless. Mixes in like a dream. My only complaint is how aggressively long the scoop handle is. When the container is new you have to really bury it in there in order to close the top. Easy to find though!

Ordered this product for my daughter. Her nutritionist recommended it to help her get through chemo. Seems to be just what she needed.

Ive been an avid user of glutamine for about 15 years. In combination with Ester-C, I strongly believe the combination is what has prevented me from being ill, and only having about a 3-day cold once every couple years. Cheaper priced glutamine is grainy and takes a long time to dissolve in water, if it will completely dissolve at all. The highest quality glutamine is so fine its almost like a powder and dissolves rather quickly in plain water. After reading the reviews, it sounded like Nutrabios glutamine was one of the higher grade glutamines and when I first tried it I was amazed at the quality of it! It is easily the highest quality or matches the highest quality glutamine I have used in the last 15 years. AND it is priced like the lower quality brands. BUY IT!!!

Finding a product with no additives, no fillers, no bull, was a huge pain in the butt. Once you realize this is an option, you may wonder why you have been consuming products with fillers that do nothing, or possibly do harm over time. Additionally, finding a product that verifies and advertises its testing, and is processed in the United States (home-grown jobs), can be difficult. Some companies that advertise as USA actually buy product from overseas and simply package it here. More particularly, this product has no issue mixing, almost no taste when mixed with water, and no consistency issues throughout the containers use (several months). I am not a scientist, therefore will not comment on glutamines ability to help recovery/growth. I feel this product works well for me, though I use a slightly lesser amount than recommended doses. It blends well with fruit, veggies, milk, yogurt, water. I will buy from this company again, and again, as I want to know what Im consuming. Healthy in, healthy out. Good luck hunting! I can taste something when I add this to water, which was what I read you should do. To offset, I add flavor to the water to cover up the taste of the L Glutamine. Time will tell if this actually helps heal my gut.
