I love this glutamine powder. Nutrabio sells pharmaceutical grade products without fillers. I take this for a variety of reasons, but it is great in preventing muscle pain after a work out. I take one scoop daily when I remember to help prevent leaky gut and it is supposed to help with energy (although I have not found any benefit there in the energy department). But the best use for me is preventing muscle pain when working out or doing heavy yard work. For best results, take a scoop before your workout, another scoop afterwards and again before bed and it does a very good job at preventing muscle pain. My friend used it before and after running a marathon and was amazed at the difference. She said normally after a marathon she is spent, but with the l glutamine (she uses a different brand) she was able to go home and mow her lawn and give her dogs a bath. I can taste something when I add this to water, which was what I read you should do. To offset, I add flavor to the water to cover up the taste of the L Glutamine. Time will tell if this actually helps heal my gut.

Ive been an avid user of glutamine for about 15 years. In combination with Ester-C, I strongly believe the combination is what has prevented me from being ill, and only having about a 3-day cold once every couple years. Cheaper priced glutamine is grainy and takes a long time to dissolve in water, if it will completely dissolve at all. The highest quality glutamine is so fine its almost like a powder and dissolves rather quickly in plain water. After reading the reviews, it sounded like Nutrabios glutamine was one of the higher grade glutamines and when I first tried it I was amazed at the quality of it! It is easily the highest quality or matches the highest quality glutamine I have used in the last 15 years. AND it is priced like the lower quality brands. BUY IT!!!

It is glutamine. Has an off flavor when. Mixed with a protein shake. Would not purchase this brand again.

Love this. Can only taste a slight flavor in certain drinks but it’s 99% flavorless. Mixes in like a dream. My only complaint is how aggressively long the scoop handle is. When the container is new you have to really bury it in there in order to close the top. Easy to find though!
