> 3 dayMain goal was to overclock my CPU as far as it can go. I did not think it would be a very good idea to do it on an air cooler, however this one is a very competent one, and does the job ( ryzen 5 2600 - furthest I could push it is 1.42V, 4.15 Ghz, at 82-84°C; temps get even lower at - 1.37V, 3.95 GHz, at 74.5°C at full sinth. load ). At stock or at a lower clock on the CPU this cooler maintains (depending on the CPU that is) 29-32°C at idle, and around 49-56°C at full load. Noice levels are OK. These are results from my personal use of the cooler. Even the thermal paste that comes with the cooler is good. All around the installation was easy enough. Everything, including the tools that you would need to mount it and some spare parts come in the box. Perfect for AM4 motherboards and mid tower cases.

> 3 dayMy PC came from CyberPowerPC (who I would never do business with again after some truly horrible customer service and two repairs) and likely either had a poorly installed or poor quality heatsink, or both, but installing this Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4 has instantly knocked 20 degrees from my CPU temps (Ryzen 7 2700x). I wouldnt expect these kind of results in most builds, but have to say Im extremely pleased with the outcome on mine.

> 3 dayIt still makes noise, like any fan. Low frequency and not annoying though.

> 3 dayStruggled with my cpu for at least a year and put this puppy in and all was better. Simple to install, has a nice quality feel, and most inportantly super quiet. Even includes the tools you need to install.

> 3 dayI ended up just installing the wraithcooler that came with the Ryzen 3 3600 I bought, This is by far the most tedious product I have ever worked with. The design in poor in my opinion, It forces you to take of the fan to mount it (I dont know when they would have just engineered it so those thumb screws arent underneath the fan. Once you get that fan off the IT WONT go back on, Those junk metal clips it gives you only bend when you dont want them to. NEVER AGAIN, This was $60 wasted for Im about to just throw it in the trash. PS My father gifted me this for an early birthday present because I hate stock coolers but this is complete trash. Also I spent 40 minutes trying to make it go on.
