> 3 dayI purchased the Noctua NH-U12S to replace the stock cooler on my Ryzen 5 2600X. The stock cooler did an adequate job as long as I was not pushing the chip, but even at idle it ran 35-40 C. Running Folding@Home on light processor raised the temperature to 70 C; running F@H on medium took the temperature to 85 C with the fan running very loudly at 100%. It just was not enough cooling and far too much noise.

Consiglio vivamente lacquisto.

> 3 daySo after a lot of research, I decided to buy this guy over the the larger D15 model , it has brought my i5 7600k to a nice 20-23ºC idle and a cool 54ºC max load.. I would say buy it over the hyper 212 evo if you have an extra $20-$40..
