> 3 dayWanted a air cooler instead of liquid cooling for Intel i7 10070k ( can get very hot) and that would clear my case width. Doing research this Noctua was ideal. After using installing idle temps were around 27-31c which is nice so far under some loads have not seen extreme temps and fans do not even run much past 750rpms.

Greater than one weekI am using this on an i5 9600k ocd to 4.9ghz on a gigabyte z390 gaming x mobo. Idle temps 27-28 degrees Celsius. Using OCCT, large data set, temps never go above 60. When I was using a Cooler Master hyper 212 evo with two fans push pull config temps would go up to 70. This thing is so quiet, even with both fans, I cannot hear it. Awesome. I love Noctuas easy installation process, they included everything I needed ex, thermal paste, screwdriver, y adapter etc. I highly recommend this cooler if you want an easy installation, no loud fan noises, and very low temps on overclocked cpus.

> 3 dayOrdered this to replace a 4 year old 120mm water cooler that was no longer quiet - seems it had suffered some loss of liquid over time and was not working well any longer. This unit had great ratings and was supposedly very quiet, so I gave it a shot. Im really glad I did - its basically silent and has kept my CPU cooler than the water cooler ever did. Fit great in my case, didnt touch my corsair memory at all, installation was fairly easy - just had to remember to gently pull on the metal brackets to refit those fans once I was finished mounting the main unit. Id buy this again and will look at using the larger size in my next build with a new CPU soon - not sure they are rated for those newer power hungry potentially hot chips but I sure hope so, this is a very nicely made cooler.

> 3 dayNach den Recherchen im Internet habe ich mich für den Noctua NH-U12A entschieden. Ich war sehr begeistert, wie in welcher Verpackungsstruktur das Gerät ankam. Es ist alles super durchdacht und man kann den Kühler sowohl für AMD als auch Intel Prozessoren nutzen. Für beide Sockelarten ist das jeweilige Werkzeug vorhanden.
