Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2X NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans (Brown)

Première fois de ma vie que je commandais du noctua. Très qualitatif. Manuel en français assez clair. Il faut malgré tout prendre le temps de bien lire et comprendre avant de se lancer. Tout est fait pour aider. Package très complet avec tous les accessoires nécessaires. Bien penser à mettre sa RAM avant car bloquée une fois le ventilateur installé. Hauteur ok pour passer par dessus la RAM. Pour l’instant très satisfait .

Très bonne ventilation du processeur et avec ses deux gros ventilateurs, tout le PC en profite. Très silencieux. A recommander. Attention tout de même car la bête prend beaucoup de place dans le boîtier ! Peut recouvrir notamment les barrettes mémoire

Its great but if ur useing a mobo that has a the nvme PCI port for SSD direct . Aka like z170x ultra gaming it blocks the port for the stick to go in . Like instead of the stick laying flat on mobo it sticks out side ways. Theirs other ports but honestly it aint big deal sreally regular SSDs are just fin

I like this D15 cooler and have used it on two builds now. The only problem is that its *huge*. Be aware that even though the height is listed as 165mm, there is a chance that the fans will interfere with the DDR4 memory modules or a large VRM heatsink; you may have a problem. While it is easy to shift the fans a bit to clear the memory or VRM sink, this increases the overall height of the cooler assembly. On this build, I had that problem but luckily was using a case (Fractal Design Define R5) which has 180mm max cooler height - I needed it all. Consider getting a roomy case like this, and/or memory that is shorter in height - some memory has lighting effects (dont quite understand the value of that but ok) that increases the memory module height. Thermal performance of this cooler is really good; this is a great alternative if you (like me) dont like water cooling systems (will leak sooner or later). Some sources do not list the Noctua NH-D15 as ok for the LGA1200 cpu socket, but the hardware that came with mine fit perfectly.

Incredible cooler. Paired with Intel 6600K CPU, MSI Z170 Gaming M5 motherboard and GSkill Ripjaws V memory, Antec P182 case. Idle speed is 31C with World of Warcraft gaming at 41C. Fans are incredibly silent even at higher RPM. My only trouble was the RAM got in the way of installing the second fan. I instead removed the rear case fan and installed it on the back of the cooler which lined up almost perfectly with the case vent. I saw a couple of other reviews that did the same thing and I figured it wouldnt hurt to exhaust CPU air almost directly out of the case.

Great option for high end computers who dont want to go to liquid cooling. I have an overclocked really high end computer(1080ti and 8700k cpu) and Ive never had issues with temperatures even when doing high stress things like VR.
