This thing was insanely hard to install. I had to put more pressure than I was comfortable with but my wife helped and when it finally installed all that stress went away. I was just afraid of damaging my CPU since you really do have to put some muscle and finesse the screws in. this thing is absolutely Massive too btw.

Works great, easy to install — but I had to modify my pc case side cover a little to be able to add the second fan, so double check your case specs first. Would easily recommend.

Quiet and keeps CPU cool even when idle compared to AIO water loops

If your system has the proper space and clearances this is the only way to go if you want to air cool your CPU. The quality is second to none and is worth every penny. Kept my 6700k very cool. Check Noctuas website for motherboard compatibility.

This cooler is fairly easy to install, and works great. Though, without installing the second fan it is impossible to install the ram in the first slot and makes it harder to install the second slot, for my motherboard anyway. I would just keep it in mind that half of the heat sink and possibly the second fan will hang over your ram making it difficult to access the 2 or 3 slots closest to the cpu.

this cools my 5700x perfectly, however there isnt that much room to fit the second fan over, as it presses against my RAM, the fans also touch the GPU

Como dice el título, No hay nada mejor en el mercado a este precio Mi R7 3700x tenía temperaturas de 85°, cambié la caja y el disipador y de 60° no pasa a pleno rendimiento, lo malo que tiene un precio algo elevado pero lo bueno se paga, da mejor rendimiento que refrigeraciones liquidas de 150€ y eso se valora... Así que son 90€ bien invertidos, lo único que le planta cara son obviamente las refrigeraciones custom que valen 500€, luego esta la Noctua D15 sobradamente ante cualquier AIO o por aire.

Chose this for my first build. Intel 12700k on a Gigabyte Z690 Aero D motherboard. Ive never built a computer, never helped build one, zero experience. Installed easily. The lga1700 adaptor looks a lot more intimidating at first than it is. Several times I experienced blows to self-confidence during the build, but installing this cooler was easy. To see if this thing is really working, I rendered some scenes from Blender using just the cpu. The cpu stayed cool. The fans ramped up audibly but werent very loud. What more could I ask for?
