> 3 dayIf you can fit this in your system, it’s the right air cooler for you. Nothing else to my knowledge is as quiet and performant as far as air coolers go. Pair it with a case that has good directional airflow. I use a fractal torrent case and a 12600k. If you have a 12900k or ks, you should get water cooling or something more exotic instead.

> 3 dayNever be a fan of liquid cooler, either RGB. The Stock cooler comes with AMD 3900X works ok with light load, HOWEVER, the temp easily goes up to 85C when my PC running at 50% CUP load, decided to upgrade the cooler to Noctua NH-D15 Black version, I have a fractal R5 case, the case has plenty room for the cooler, also added additional two 140mm Noctua fans to R5 at the same time.

> 3 dayThe reason I picked this up was my system was overheating. I had a water cooled unit on my system that had gone bad I guess because it was over heating. One of my friend told me that cold pipe units are just as good as water cooled. I told him no-way but they cool even better. I am 2 degrees cooler before. It comes with everything you need. I went and bought some thermal paste but you dont need to it comes with it. So I am 100% percent happy I went with cold pipes over water cooling.

Greater than one weekIt works, really is the best air cooler in the market if youre ignoring the Ice Giants stuff. Its really huge, so make sure you have a case with big enough cooler clearance. (165mm, preferably a lil bit more for tolerance sake)

> 3 dayFrom a pure performance perspective, this is simply the best air cooler Ive ever used. It is shockingly quiet for how well it works. Mounting the heatsink onto the (AM5) CPU was trivially easy with the included tools, but getting the fans properly aligned with the retention clips was a bit tedious and rough on my fingers. My RAM was also a bit in the way for one fan, and reaching anything on the motherboard past the heatsink is a struggle, so plan the installation accordingly. None of these complaints are deal-breakers, though. Its a great cooler, its quiet, and it looks nice. Ill probably use another in my next build.

Greater than one weekThis is a little overkill for the system I have now but hopefully if I upgrade to a crazy CPU later this will work there as well too. It is huge (as expected) and can only put 1 fan on due to the memory clearance issues (as expected) Keeps CPU cooler under load than the stock wraith cooler my AMD Ryzen 3700x came with. Fans are nice and quiet

Greater than one weekI unboxed and installed the cooler and it makes a horrible scraping sound. Watch the video to hear it yourself.
