Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

I bought this in an attempt to bring my temps down on my older i5 8600k. I decided to OC to 5.0 Ghz and noticed that my previous cooler couldnt keep it cool enough (Coolermaster H412R), temperatures will easily go on the high 70s degrees at load and almost hit 90 under Stress CPU testing using Prime95.

Había comprado un ventilador para mi i9 y no enfriaba lo suficiente, tuve que recurrir a algo más extremo, no quería uno refrigerado por agua, esté enfriado logra enfriar mi CPU que es un i9 13900k sometido a un voltaje medio, no bajo, ni alto, uno medio, que es suficiente para que el procesador trabaje a 5.5 Ghz durante 8 o 10 horas seguidas haciendo uso del CPU al 100%, decodificando video con ffmpeg h.265 4K sin subir su temperatura promedio del 70 ^C. Es relativamente fácil de armar e instalar. Lo he tenido ya por varias semanas trabajando 24/7, y sin problemas, es muy silencioso y cumple muy bien con su trabajo, quiero probar subiendo el voltaje al CPU , lo que maximiza el rendimiento, pero genera más calor, para ver si el ventilador realiza el trabajo… espero poder compartir la experiencia pronto al respecto. Lo que si se debe tener en cuenta es el tamaño… no se puede usar con un gabinete regular, recomiendo uno especial con disipadores de calor y ventiladores, si es que quieres enfriar un CPU como el mío, ese fue el mayor reto al que me encontré al usarlo, y solo pude superarlo con este ventilador… y considerando el costo beneficio, es una buena compra.

this thing is magical, im glad i followed all the advice on reddit and other places. Like legit this thing has lowered my pcs temperature a max by 20 degrees. I ran resident evil 8 at the highest settings my GPU could do and it never passed 54 degrees C (with a Ryzen thats usually like baby graphics games temps)

I currently have this cooling my 5950x and it has no issues and also runs very quiet. I have used this cooler on multiple system builds and this is also my default CPU cooler of choice. I have tried the 12U, but for the majority of the systems I build, this is needed as the CPU requires a bit more cooling.

Ottimo prodotto che riesce A tenere a bada anche un FX8350. La temperatura del processore rimane sotto i 60 gradi anche in utilizzo gravoso. Inoltre il rumore delle ventole è praticamente assente!

BAd a$$ cooler, CPU temps well regulated even overclocked. Very quiet. Highly recommend!

Bought this to replace a failing AIO liquid cooler on my gaming PC. Running high graphic games my i9 is only hitting around 45-50C; even when running multicore 100% tests in keeps the temperature to about 80C.

Bin auf Noctua nur zufällig gestoßen durch eine Empfehlung von YouTube und muß sagen das er wirklich sein Geld wert ist!

Ive had this cooler for about 1.5 years (as of 4.25.2022). It is probably overkill for my current 3700x, but it keeps it sooooo cool. I dont know if there is a way for me to even manipulate the chip to get to temps it got to with the stock cooler. Fans rarely run with regular use, barely have to run while gaming. Fans are very quiet as expected with Noctua.

Product as advertised Fantastic cooler dropped temps and made things quieter. Just one note this dam thing is massive and barely fits the gap between socket and gpu in top pcie slot if you orientate it front to back. 160mm is just enough and i mean Just. Best fitted out side the case or your going to struggle.
