> 3 dayContacted Noctua about about my new fan and what appeared to be a quality control failure from the factory. They replied with excuses which were not helpful and certainly didnt resolve anything. When I replied asking them to replace the fan they never responded. So, if you have a problem with your Noctua product, dont count on them being helpful or honoring their warranty. They obviously try to increase sales by offering a long warranty but its utterly meaningless if they just ignore customers who actually request a replacement. Furthermore, Ive done some checking and there are other complaints about their bad (even rude and disrespectful) customer service. Based on my experience with this Noctua fan purchase, I would not recommend it specifically or the brand generally.

> 3 dayVerarbeitung ist hier auf sehr hohen Niveau! 20€ sind vielleicht nicht gerade billig, aber man erhält dafür auch die passende Gegenleistung. Sehr wertig verarbeitet und viel Zubehör. Mit dabei sind: 2x PWM Verlängerungskabel und 1x PWM Y-Kabel (zusätzlich zu den obligatorischen Schrauben und Gummisteckern). Wirklich sehr leise: Lautstärke 10,7 - 17,8 dB, bei einem Volumenstrom von: 83,2 - 107,5 m³/h. Habe den Lüfter an meinen CPU Kühler von Alpenföhn Brocken verbaut. Gesteuert von Speedfan, läuft er fast unhörbar bei 300 - 500 rpm.

Anti-Stall Knobs
The NF-S12A"s Anti-Stall Knobs reduce flow separation phenomena in medium to high impedance situations and thereby increase the fan"s stall margin. This means that the NF-S12A is even more versatile than its renowned predecessor and can achieve better performance on heatsinks and radiators.
