Won’t be buying wheels for our hamsters from anywhere else.] Beautiful wheel and dead silent! Unfortunately the nuts and bolts in the back that raise it from the platform dont work for us. When you try to tighten it, it loosens immediately and falls to the lowest setting. The wheel gets buried in bedding even though I already tried lowering the bedding, so our hamsters cant turn the wheel :/ Kind of defeats the purpose. Were seeing about returning it, but if it wasnt for that detail, it would be the PERFECT wheel, and Ive had over 10 different types.

Im very pleased with this wheel. It is sturdy, thick, elegant and super silent. You wont hear a thing. There are two things that have been an issue for me and my hamsters: 1. The running surface is pretty narrow and doesnt have surface grippers. The wheel spins fast so that might cause some issues with hamsters sliding off, especially at a high speed. 2. The middle piece is made out of wood and its been targeted by chewers already (pic attached). I need to add that the newer models solve both these issues, so I definitely recommend them.

This is an amazing wheel! It is completely silent, and spins easily with no wobble. The wheel height easily adjusts to accomodate deeper bedding underneath it, or a hamster who struggles to step up on the wheel as they age. My hamster loves to hide behind hrmer wheel, so I live that I can see her through the clear back. Most of all I love how compact, yet sturdy the design is - the base is compact enough to place it on top of a large hide or platform. I would definitely recommend d this wheel - it is my favorite so far.

This wheel is definitely very well made but was too big for my 20 gal crabitat. But I highly recommend it. Wish there was a smaller one.

I was hesitant to get this wheel because of the cost. I could get a Kaytee Silent Spinner for way less. Those suck compared to this wheel. It us truly silent, my gerbils have zero issues running on it, its a comfortable size (I bought the Medium) for their backs and tails. It is super easy to adjust the height so it fits in my 20 gallon long tank with zero issues. All of the gerbil care groups I follow show these wheels often and now I understand why. They are super sturdy, easy to clean, truly quiet, and perfect size for safety. My gerbils are running a lot more often now than they were on the Kaytee wheel.

I can sleep peacefully now with my robo hamster in my room instead of moving him Into a different room during the night. It’s supper easy to clean because of the smooth surface and I love how it looks. My hamster seems to love running on it as well!

Bought the largest one and fits great in a 55gal bin cage

I got this for my mice. This was the first wheel I got and its still going strong, perfectly silent. Sometimes I have to adjust it because it gets squeaky for whatever reason but this isnt common and is easily fixed. The only thing that annoys me a little is the wood part, because its absorbent and does take a little longer to dry than the plastic ones, but they also have plastic options available.

This is perfect for my dwarf hamster -- he no longer needs to bend his back when running. I love how easy to clean this wheel is and how it doesnt make his cage look cluttered

My gerbil, Rhino, and i ABSOLUTELY love this! Theres literally NO noise from the device, its SUPER easy to clean cuz theres no gaps, the height adjustment is amazing, and I love that its super clear cuz I can face the back towards me and still get to see my Rhino having a blast! It took some getting used to when we first got it (on Rhinos side) cuz of how super clear it is. He had to figure out how wide it was and where the edge was. It was interesting to watch his mind work. :) ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PRODUCT!!! RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE!!! Dont waste your time and money on other wheels... this is the absolute BEST.
