I actually bought this a couple of years ago for my hamster and I have been so incredibly impressed with it. I decided to leave a review now! Its been great and has held up amazingly well. We buy them for all of our hamsters and we have several of them now! Definitely would recommend for a high quality hamster wheel!

This isnt the best spinner on the market but it is pretty close. I dont like it as much as their more expensive spinner but its advantage is its size--it is perfect for fancy mice. My mice have been using the spinner for about a month now and it has held up well despite poop, pee, and sound-barrier speeds. I did have to fiddle with the hardware, to get the best spin, and I dont know how well the hardware is going to hold up to monthly washings, but so far it looks and works as good as new even after soaking it in a vinegar solution to totally disinfect it to move to another cage. However, the mice do seem to prefer the larger spinner, (Niteangel Super-Silent Hamster Exercise Wheels - Quiet Spinner Hamster Running Wheels-small) which only costs a few dollars more but wont fit in some of the most popular hamster cages such as the Kaytee One-Level cage.

I have a severe sleep disorder, I have to be heavily medicated. The slightest sound will wake me up. This wheel is A LIFESAVER. It is absolutely silent. I sleep perfectly. It’s true you can hear sometimes the pitter patter of the hamster’s feet. Or if the wheel isn’t high enough you can here it lightly brushing against the cage padding. But just set it up securely and raised up a little, and you’re good to sleep peacefully. Sometimes I don’t even hear my hamsters feet which is awesome. I also like that it doesn’t have rungs like a ladder because I read somewhere that animals can break/sprain their paws on those while running if they trip. Definitely recommend!

This wheel is fantastic! Both gerbils can run on it (12”) and it is soundless. I had originally wanted a wooden wheel but I love that we can see through it. It takes up a good bit of the cage but being see through really helps. We make sure to keep lots of other things in the cage for the gerbils to chew so they haven’t chewed on it yet. Going on 6 weeks.

Im very pleased with this wheel. It is sturdy, thick, elegant and super silent. You wont hear a thing. There are two things that have been an issue for me and my hamsters: 1. The running surface is pretty narrow and doesnt have surface grippers. The wheel spins fast so that might cause some issues with hamsters sliding off, especially at a high speed. 2. The middle piece is made out of wood and its been targeted by chewers already (pic attached). I need to add that the newer models solve both these issues, so I definitely recommend them.

My gerbils absolutely LOVE this wheel. I recommend it to all new gerbil owners. Perfect standard size for gerbils (8 or more). We have one for each baby (theyre in different tanks), and they run on it every single night - its 100% silent! We are so thrilled with how easy it is to clean. During the day while they sleep, we spray it with pet safe cleaner, run it under hot water, and leave it in the tub to dry until evening play. So easy to wipe pee off of it, and doesn’t absorb odors like past wooden wheels we’ve tried. We also don’t have to worry about their little paws getting caught in the wheel. 10/10 would recommend for any high energy rodent!

This wheel was expensive but definitely worth it, it was delivered quickly and well packaged. PLEASE remember to take off the wooden piece that says Niteangel if your using this with animals with tails bc they can get there tail stuck and get injured, the piece was really easy to take off with a wrench. I love how this wheel comes in transparent, how it’s adjustable and obviously how silent it is. I definitely plan on ordering more from this seller!

I have a very non traditional set up for my gerbils and wanted something out of the ordinary YET SAFE and easy clean. This wheel is amazing! I was concerned about my little guys being able to gain traction with it being a smooth, acrylic surface and it was not a problem AT ALL. They love it, I love it— win, win! And I am also a fan of the safety involved with not having any punch points or bars like traditional wheels!

and fortunately not the angel of DEATH. This thing is built solid and the bearing and hub assembly is silent...I mean silent. If you dont like squeaky wheels in the night, you best get yourself a NIGHT ANGEL now! Yes, its absurdly priced, but can you put a price on a decent nights sleep?
