as soon as i hung it up he went right in they love it and my two boys are pretty big and it looks roomy enough for both of them plus it’s got a top and bottom for them to lay in so it works perfectly. the hooks were pretty stiff though so it was hard to install it. so i switched the hooks with hooks from their old hammock instead

This was already coming apart at the seams when I received it and I had to sew it up. Its very soft and cuddly but obviously not very well made.

Rats love it

This is by far my rats’ ABSOLUTE favorite place to sleep together. I have 4 regular sized female rats, and they all fit in the middle pouch and do a rat pile to sleep. I have many hammocks and other hideouts for them, but they love this one. I really do think they like it because they can easily pile on one another. One of them is hairless, so she LOVES the softness. And her “sisters” all take turns being her blanket by sleeping on top of her every day. I would definitely recommend this pet hammock to other rat owners! I’ll probably end up buying another one or two for their cage. If my rats really like it, I’m sure other critters would really like it too. I’ve only used it with rats, so that’s all of my personal experience with this one.

My rats personally don’t love it to sleep or snuggle in. They mostly just jump and climb on it but it is way bigger than I thought, it could fit two ferrets. It’s well built and soft just much bigger than rats prefer.

My little weasel was obsessed with this hammock from day 1! I was nervous to remove her old hammock that she loved, but she acclimated immediately. And shockingly she loves this one more! We’ve had it for 2 months and she’s completely abandoned all her other favorite sleeping spots! It’s so much softer and cuter than the old one too! I will take a moment to say that one other reviewer had concerns about the styrofoam-esque filling in the roof of it. I haven’t had problems as my girl doesn’t have much interest in scratching at it, but it’s a fair warning that everyone should be cognizant of before purchasing.

Nice thick material that the ferrets wont destroy. Tough but soft. Love this over store bought ones.
