Worked great until my baby rats chewed it up.

My guinea pig just love her new hammock. She used not to like hanging bfore so I always kept her old hammock low. But with this one it doesnt bother her high up hanging and she seems to be so comfy. Great material.

Our 3 female rats LOVE this hammock. They spend quite a bit of time cuddling and resting in it. The fabric is soft and thick. It washes and dries well. My only problem, and this is the nature of rats I suppose, is that the material is easy to destroy. The girls chewed on it a lot when they were younger, ripping it apart and pulling out the little bit of stuffing. Consequently there are holes in the hammock and Im not sure how much longer it will last. Weve had thd hammock and the rats for about 2 months.

I got this for my elderly rat. I recently had to downsize his cage as he is semi blind and over two years old. He doesnt climb as well as he used to so he has a ledge he gets on to get to the inside level of the hammock - he stuffs it with the rags and tissue paper I give him <3 he likes it a lot. I was it with dye and scent free laundry detergent - works just fine! highly reccomend.

It took a while for my rats to figure out what this was but when they finally figured it out they loved it the only problem is that one of the little clasps fell off and I had to find a new one to use other than that they love it.
