This is the best soy protein around. I have been using this brand, for years and it is always consistent with quality. I use mine with almond milk unsweetened 30 cal per glass. I also add cinnamon and flax seed to my shake. The price here for all these times is awesome. I used to by this from a vitiam store and paid lots if money each month, now one 5lb last about 3 months (wife and I use it), and cost about 1/3 the price. My only disappointment is that I cant find a Prime vendor so I can save $7.15 each shipment

I have been using this protein powder as part of my vegan diet (note it does have beeswax if that is an issue for you) for many years. I very much like this protein powder. I have tried many vegan protein powders over the years, and spirutein is my favorite. It isnt chalky or odd tasting. I just blend it with some soy milk and fruit and it make a great recovery drink after a run or is just a good way to boost your protein intake for the day. The bulk size is convenient, and I watch out for sales on this size. Amazon started carrying the large size, which has made it easier to get.

I eat this for breakfast four days a week and it makes me feel quick and energized! I love starting my day with this because it is so quick to blend up (as opposed to cooking a nutritious meal) and keeps me full and energized for a long time. Also, I can drink this and then work out in the mornings without feeling bloated or cramps during my work out. Also try adding other stuff to it like cinnamon, yogurt, fruit, some spinach, etc. its fun to experiment.

Decent Taste and the amount of servings make it worth the price.

The product was damaged and the powder was everywhere.

This drink has a great taste and is pack with more vitamins and minerals an any other that I have found
