I eat this for breakfast four days a week and it makes me feel quick and energized! I love starting my day with this because it is so quick to blend up (as opposed to cooking a nutritious meal) and keeps me full and energized for a long time. Also, I can drink this and then work out in the mornings without feeling bloated or cramps during my work out. Also try adding other stuff to it like cinnamon, yogurt, fruit, some spinach, etc. its fun to experiment.

have been using this for months. taste is great and I actually feel better since using it. I use it as breakfast mixed in chocolate soy milk. tastes great and have actually lost weight since using this for breakfast.

After many years, decided to do something for my health again. I used to use Spiru-tein when I was younger and more active. Now that Im older, and need to supplement because my body feels like it needs help, I revisited Spiru-tein powder. It was how I remembered, and Im so glad! Mix it will with some frozen banana chunks/ice/frozen fruit/fresh fruit/no fruit/milk/water - you know what you like. It continues to thicken as it rests. Full feeling lasts a long time, and really noticed a difference in energy.

Best vegan protein mix by far!! Best with soymilk and chia/flax seeds and maca powder and it makes a protein pudding consistency. YUMMMM!!!

Im not a doctor and when it comes to rate a product relating to the consumption of the human body, I am not qualified to recommend any product, because everybody is a different world in matter and composition. However my wife has been consuming this product for the last fifteen (15) years and she is very please with it.

The new formula has a ridiculously artificial sweetener taste to it. Would have never bought such a large bottle if I had known it wasnt the original formula. Very disappointed with the product.

We had used Herbal Life for awhile and this is better and cost less. It also has more protein. Overall we are very pleased.
