Unfortunately it does not hold my daughter head. She 1.5 years old so it looks like the item is made for older kids. Wish the strap had more Velcro to tighten it, I think that would help with smaller head if that makes sense.

If you have a forward facing child youve struggled with their car ride naps and I cant believe they dont have something thats built-in or standard to help but they dont. Enter the NapUp, so necessary if your child likes to sleep during car rides (who doesnt?). Easy to install, easy to use, and looks pretty comfy. My 2 year old even knows to pull it down to sleep.

Bought this for my 2 year old toddler . At first I was a little iffy because of the price knowing that there was other products cheaper .But I decided to go with this one because of the great reviews . I found it a little tricky to install . But over all it’s amazing . Keeps me stress free while driving when my son Falls asleep . So easy to use He even learned how to put it on al by himself .

This is a great idea but I had to add some velcro to add some support. it is way too big for my 4 year old son.

Got it for my son who was 1 1/2 and every time he falls asleep his head goes all over the place. Well I guess I though was a good idea, I don’t know if that works for every car seat but doesn’t work for mine I have the graco snug and ride and the car seat has already a cushion around the head so when I put this it pushes my son’s head forward and then when he falls asleep his head falls anyways because the straps are too big probably for bigger kids. It is a good quality product and it’s very soft but like I I said is not for small kids or every car seat.

It’s not great. Kinda flimsy and crowds the kid’s head. Bless your kid is use to this, mine are not, they might get agitated. It also doesn’t really work at all for my younger kid who is in the smaller size but still a year old. Finally this is no fault of the design but I failed to think about how someone has to put the band down when the kid falls asleep. My two are too young to just leave the band down. We are going to be on the road for some time this summer and I wanted these to help the kids sleep. I’m not going to return as I’m not sure any other brand will be better but I’m not that optimistic about them working out for us.
