The jury is still out in this one. My two year old’s head wasn’t holding up as the kids’ heads do in the picture and his head slid under the strap even after I adjusted the pillow to as low as possible. (My kid is in the 95 percentile for height). This was the first 10 road trip with the product. Let’s see what happens on the return trip home. My toddler also seems bothered by the pillow that lines the back of the car seat. I’d have to say it’s better than nothing but I’m hoping with a few more adjustments that it will work like the pictures do.

My daughters head would hang down in her car seat when she fell asleep. Bought this and it has been awesome! No more head drop. I flip the band which doesn’t wake her after she falls asleep. Her head stays perfectly in place. The snaps on the side allow the band to rotate. Then there is Velcro to adjust the right size. Once the Velcro is adjusted you just flip the band up or down. My daughter just flips it up herself when she wakes. Side note, I didn’t put the little Cloth flap into the plastic out of laziness but works perfect for us without inserting it.

Love this product and I love how it was crash tested, but wished they made a smaller option for toddlers. It did not provide that much support for him since it was so lose despite having it at the tightest setting. It was kinda pricey so I am hoping my child will be able to use it when he is older.

I was looking so forward to this product, as anytime my daughter falls asleep in the car, her head falls forward and it looks so uncomfortable and feels like it would be hard to breathe. After reading so many reviews, I decided to go with the most expensive product thinking it’s going to be the best and I will not have to return it. But unfortunately, it’s actually so faulty! First of all, you need to take your whole car seat out in order to be able to install this - but I said ok, this can only mean it’s going to be perfect. After the heardrest was installed, and I had my daughter in the car seat, i realized there is a huge gap in between the part that comes down and her head. No matter how Much I adjusted the Velcro parts( that make sooo much noise when you open it & would wake her up every time), her head would still fall forward because dog this big space gap. I had to return it & buy a $10 one that actually works sooo much better!

we got 2 of these, one for our 2 year old and one for our 4 year old. 4 year old works GREAT! solved all of his problems sleeping in the car. he has a really long neck and when he fell asleep back there it looked really painful. the neck pillows wouldnt keep him upright. This did the trick and he puts it on himself before he falls asleep. really cool for our 2 year old the strap cannot be adjusted to be small enough so she falls right through it most of the time. requires a lot of maintenance on a passenger to keep putting her head back through the loop. She will grow into it soon so not the end of the world. Really cool device much better than anything else weve tried. easy to install on a booster with back or transitional car seat for younger kids. your kids will have to sit at the right height of the head support of the carseat in order for this to have a chance to work.

Bought to support my sons head when traveling he thinks its part of his astronaut helmet. When he does sleep it supports adequately but is a little big for his head. The velcro isnt meant to be tight but even on the smallest its still a bit loose. Maybe my kid has a small noggin... Definitely useful for when he is sleeping to keep his head for moving around!

This is a lifesaver! My child is 4 yrs old and I always get so worried when her keeps falling forward. This works well and does the job. At first I thought it wouldn’t work because she is tall but it did. I used to use the other band ones that you clip in the back but when she got older it didn’t seem to work. I wish the Velcro could be more tighter around the circumference of the head but this will do for now. Though a bit pricey worth it rather than worrying and turning your head while driving to see if she’s ok!

I was really excited about this, but there are some flaws that made it not a great fit for us. One, the strap that goes across her forehead is easily removed so she pulls it off on her own over and over, thus making it not available when its time to pull it down for a sleep. Two - no matter how I adjusted it, her head kept slipping out. Shes really tall, so if anything she should have been able to use it easier, but it was always a bit too high despite following the instructions. All that said, if you CAN get it to work, its nicely made and a good idea, but it doesnt seem to really work.

Worth the money I love it! My son is a little guy so I was a bit skeptical if this was going to work and it absolutely does! Not to mention the cushions are super comfortable for him to rest his head. I really like this product
