Amazing product. Legendary. Been using this since the old Pentium 4 Prescott days.

For the past two years, I used this thermal paste with my Noctua fan under heavy gaming loads and have never experienced any thermal throttling or high temperatures. Much of this can be attributed to the fan, but the paste is what makes the transfer efficient so it gets full marks for that.

It was a life saver when we messed up the original compound on the cooler.

Not sure what theyve done to this stuff but it sure isnt like it used to be. Ive been using this particular thermal paste for a number of years now and have always found it to be an excellent consistency and always worked well. However......I was not very impressed with this tube of paste. It is so thin and watery that it actually ran off the heat sink as I was applying it. Ive never had that happen before. I always apply a thin coating to both the processor and the heat sink to be sure there is full contact. Ill be throwing this in the garbage and reordering something different from elsewhere. I cant prove it was the cause but this is the first time Ive had a laptop overheat and burn out the processor the first time I turned it on after replacing the thermal paste. The laptop was in for a general cleanup at which time I always replace the thermal past. This time...I had to replace the laptop as well. This was a very expensive lesson to learn. I dont have the right to tell anybody NOT to buy it but my recommendation would be to find something else. Take care and stay safe.

If you need thermal cooling paste for a DIY project such as for heatsink in PC, Laptop, etc. Get this one which is an excellent product without having any issue I used it on 3 laptops, 2 desktops, and works great.

I work in IT and also operate my own business and repair computers. This is a fantastic product. I have never had it solidify to the point where you rip a processor off with the fan when you take the fan off, which is something Ive seen in most of the generic pre-applied thermal paste as well as cheaper alternatives. I do wish they sold a much larger syringe for those of us that need it frequently, but otherwise very satisfied. Ive probably bought this product from various places including locally a dozen times or more.
