Greater than one weekDefinitely one of the best thermal pastes on the market. You dont need to apply a lot, so it will last you a long time! The spreader makes it perfect to get just the right amount to cover the dye w/out having any spill over the sides. Usually a pea-sized drop down center is most common for most chips, however, with the help of this spreader you can make sure you cover the entire surface area with a thin film of paste.

Greater than one weekWonderful compound. I have always used AS5 for my thermal compound needs and it has served me well. This used to be the expensive compound to buy if you wanted quality. But now there are other more expensive options on the market. I just havent been able to justify spending extra money for an important compound from companies that havent been making thermal compound forever. I also love the little spreader that is included. I just wish they included two of them as I always lose it and have to find something else to spread it with.

> 3 dayNot sure what theyve done to this stuff but it sure isnt like it used to be. Ive been using this particular thermal paste for a number of years now and have always found it to be an excellent consistency and always worked well. However......I was not very impressed with this tube of paste. It is so thin and watery that it actually ran off the heat sink as I was applying it. Ive never had that happen before. I always apply a thin coating to both the processor and the heat sink to be sure there is full contact. Ill be throwing this in the garbage and reordering something different from elsewhere. I cant prove it was the cause but this is the first time Ive had a laptop overheat and burn out the processor the first time I turned it on after replacing the thermal paste. The laptop was in for a general cleanup at which time I always replace the thermal past. This time...I had to replace the laptop as well. This was a very expensive lesson to learn. I dont have the right to tell anybody NOT to buy it but my recommendation would be to find something else. Take care and stay safe.

> 3 dayArctic Silver still the best thermal compound. Easy to add to a Ryzen CPU. Squirted about a rice grain size in the middle and used the plastic tool to spread for full coverage. Simple and easy.
