> 3 dayWe purchased this product from this seller before to make a parrot-safe bird cage, and had no qualms the first time. We purchased again* ~1 year later, and there has been a drastic decline in quality. This is advertised as bird-safe, and it is NOT. Every other joint seems to have a nasty barb and/or excess solder attached that we can’t simply sand off - we’ve tried wire brushes, files, torches, sanding sponges, etc. to reduce the amount, but it has hardly made a difference. We’re looking at hundreds of hours of picking to get them off of the cage - they are sharp enough to tear our skin (as seen in a photo) so they’ll be too sharp for birds. We will likely need to spent another several hundred dollars to replace the wire and hopefully salvage the rest of the materials and start from scratch. If you are trying to build a bird-safe aviary, I do NOT recommend this product. *initially purchased from another account

> 3 dayI finally did away with the galvanized hardware cloth Ive been using for years- this is reasonably priced and looks good. I was able to redo two cages. Cut edges are sharp- use gloves and keep a box of band-aids handy. A diamond file works well for deburring the edges.

> 3 dayThis looks well made and very sturdy. Im building squirrel boxes with floor grooves routed into the insides for the mesh wire, and wanted something that wouldnt fall out. This stuff will do the trick.

> 3 dayI ran out of a previously purchased galvanized mesh and bought this one to continue the installation. Color wise no big deal. Quality wise it is definitely better than galvanized material. I put it up on metal fence railings and tied them in to the posts and railings with wires. Not too easy to manipulate but eventually you will make it work. Put on thick gloves please. I use long sleeve leather gloves and it made the process much easier. Tie the beginning, top and bottom to the post first and roll them out.

> 3 dayI used this product to help keep the squirrels out of my attic. The vents at the top of my house had a fine mesh screen behind the louvers. The squirrels easily ripped thru the mesh screen and fit through the louvers. This stainless steal mesh wire cloth has stopped them so far. Great product for fending off a squirrel attack.
