Do not buy refurbished/ used laptops from Amazon. Often times they are stolen and when you need software upgraded or fixed the manufacturer will not touch the computer when they figure out its stolen. Amazon will not refund or replace the computer with one that is not stolen. So you are stuck with stolen goods that can not be repaired through the manufacturer.

I love the size and it seams to be built with quality material not like HP al plastic.

The laptop is beautiful to look at and real performant whrn using it. Sure it gets some fingerprints, but I dont mind that too much. The laptop is really responsive, beautiful 15 inch monitor with vibrant color makes it feel like a luxurious laptop. Easy to open, lightweight, super thin, I can go on and on about its looks.

Im a big fan of this laptop. I used to use a macbook air but it died with battery issues so I had been looking for a comparably sized upgrade but to a windows machine. This laptop is sleek it works great and the touch screen features really open up some possibilities with the laptop and my use that didnt exist prior. In reality though the touch screen is mostly used by my daughter to close video calls by hitting the big red button. Aside from that the keyboard somewhat is in the way of me using it too often.

I bought the laptop for my wifes job. She uses for regular excel and word documents. The laptop frezzes constantly and need restart. Terrible product.

I bought the matte black 13.5 inch, i5 with 256gb of storage, 8gb of RAM from Best Buy. $200 off on a sale for a new laptop was pretty attractive.

This new Surface Laptop 3 is really nice. Very light weight and comes with a solid state drive for even more quick access to files.

I have had 4 of these. 3 have developed cracked screens and Microsoft could care less. Micro soft cusrtomer service is the worst I have ever experienced. First, it takes 10-14 days to get a repair/replacement, so unless you have a bunch of extra devices laying around with all of your stuff loaded, you will be SOL. 2nd, they will replace a defective device with a defective device, and once ytour warranty runs out, you are again SOL, since the warranty only goes back to the original purchase date. Stay away from any hardware put out by this once great company. As a former fanboy, this pains me to say.
