There was at least one reviewer who mentioned that the bowl is too deep and not wide enough; that is definitely correct for a cockatiel. Additionally, the plastic is unlikely to remain unscratched and therefore may be hard to clean adequately. Although there were other complaints about the bowl being hard to remove; I did not have any problem after the first few times, an improvement which at least one other reviewer mentioned would be the case. Petco has a similar knock off (?) which has the advantage of being clear, but more expensive.

Easy to clean, easy to assemble. great price too, also came sooner than expected.

I got 2 of these for my parakeet who was throwing her food dishes whenever she wasnt happy with what was in them. When I received them I was worried that they might be too deep for her, but she uses them just fine. And I love that they are so easy for me to take out, but she cant budge them.

The crocks arrived very timely, in excellent condition. These were gifts for the local animal shelter.

Use this for my ferret’s cage and it’s SO sturdy!! My ferret use to push around every single bowl I ever got him but this one? He can’t make a mess with! I also got the smaller one for his water and he also doesn’t make a mess with that even though he makes a mess with every other water bowl.

This is by far the perfect bowl size and material and design for my Congo African Grey Parrot. So easy on me and my bird...

Works great. My dog drank out of it right away. She does not chew on it
