I bought these for my boys playing baseball and my neighbor who was having issues staying hydrated, and they worked great!! He went and bought 2 more big bags after!

Good hydration

These work great when you need to hydrate and get some vitamins.

I’ve been drinking electrolytes regularly for a couple of years, and really wanted to try Liquid IV. The price tag is hefty, especially when you compare it to Nuun pills. I dissolved it into 32 oz bottle and could barely drink it. So sweet, and watermelon taste was syrupy. I prefer sticking to Nuun. Less sugar is definitely works best for me, but to each their own.

The watermelon flavor is delicious! We carry a few of these with us when hiking, doing outdoor activities, and also at parties! It’s been a life-saver for surviving the next day after a night out or doing a ton of activities.

Out of all the liquid IV’s that I have tried, watermelon is definitely the best.

Love liquid IV. This flavor is so fun, just like a water melon jolly rancher.

Liquid IV has been great. Anytime im feeling worn down, or just not hydrated, I have one. Its improved my hydration significantly. It taste as good if not better than a sports drink, and provides plenty of benefits.

Tried it with room temperature water and gagged- it tasted like straight salt with watermelon after taste. I tried again with freezing cold water and it did the trick:nice watermelon flavor with no harsh kick of salt. But it absolutely has to be cold. It does work for hydration. I notice after even one bottle of water mixed with this packet my lips, mouth, skin, and body weren’t so dehydrated. I recommend as long as you drink it cold. Price point could be better.
