I absolutely hate drink water I dont care I just cant stand it and since water is so good for you and youre supposed to drink so many glasses a day I have found that this is the only product I can use in water and I enjoy it it tastes great and it keeps you hydrated so you dont have to drink eight glasses of water a day you can use one packet of this which is equal to like two glasses of water its a win-win

I got the watermelon flavor and it sucks but I am very active and live in a dry place and am often dehydrated and this works great for dehydration. I can tough out the flavor for the results. If the taste is too strong I just add more water and its more ok.

I started using this product over a month ago. My first purchase was the passion fruit flavor which I did not like at all and almost stopped using the product just because of the taste. I noticed that it was helping me and wanted to see if I could find an alternative and so I then ordered the watermelon and am much happier as the taste is more agreeable. I have some nutritional deficiencies and tend to get weak after being active. This product has helped me with that. I will continue using.
