My cousin introduced me to this. I really love passion fruit flavor. I drink every day.

Always hits the spot while hungover or dehydrated. Great energy booster. Pedialyte and Gatorade does not come close to the results of how liquid IV makes me feel. Passion fruit and Lemon Lime are my favorite flavors.

This relieved all of my nightly leg cramps!

Used these when travelling on a plane or when not feeling well. Seemed to help keep the crud away. Just wish each unit price was not so expensive. I prefer Passion Fruit over other flavors.

First off, I do like the brand. However, this flavor is overly sweet so it is not my favorite. The tangerine one is much better and a lighter taste. One area for improvement would be their individual packaging. These packets are more of a paper type so it can absorb humidity in the air causing the powder to crumble, like when you expose your seasonings to moisture. You can still use it but its in chunks instead of powders. I would recommend they change over to a less permeable package that will not allow moisture in over time. On my first order, about half the packets were already hardened a bit instead of free moving powder.

Personally my favorite flavor, sometimes it’s really sweet so I put half in a large glass of water and the other half in my second glass

I love these hydration packs! They work amazingly well. The flavors arent overwhelming either which I really like. Passion fruit is a favorite for our whole family!!

I bought the passion fruit flavor and the strawberry. Im currently drinking the passion fruit flavor as we speak and it is actually pretty good. I hear a lot of good things about liquid IV from the other nurses I work with so I figured Id try it out since it was a prime deal. So far Im a fan and would definitely buy again. I did read reviews about some people not liking how it makes your water milky looking instead of giving it color to the flavor but if you put it in a bottle where you cant see the color you dont even notice. I put mine in a HydraPeak bottle that I love and got on Amazon. Look it up because I definitely recommend that bottle. It keeps my water cold all day long.

It tastes pretty good like a Gatorade mixed with Pedialite, the color is very odd though its a clear but foggy consistency and creeps me out
