Flavor is the best youll find, and fills the need all day!

Always hits the spot while hungover or dehydrated. Great energy booster. Pedialyte and Gatorade does not come close to the results of how liquid IV makes me feel. Passion fruit and Lemon Lime are my favorite flavors.

I love these hydration packs! They work amazingly well. The flavors arent overwhelming either which I really like. Passion fruit is a favorite for our whole family!!

Im a professional dancer, and weight train (powerbuilding) 5/6x a week, so I carry around A LOT of water on the go. Liquid IV has completely changed the game for me. Just a few sips during studio time - or at the gym - and I immediately feel less fatigued and thirsty. Just half a pouch keeps me satiated for 2 hours during training. Its great if you hate having to go to the bathroom constantly. I also like to drink it an hour or so before bed so that Im feeling energized when I wake up. You get dehydrated during the night as youre spending 8hrs or so with NO water, so liquid IV solves that issue. Im sure the main competitor (forgot the name) is great as well, but I have no need to try it, or any other electrolyte-esque drink. Liquid IV is the only one youre going to need, I guarantee it.

My husband asked an ED doctor what he can do to keep me from dehydrated every day. The hospital is 1 hour away and the ambulances were getting extremely expensive. The trick is get your favorite flavor, mine is: Passion Fruit.

I don’t normally write reviews. However, I had to on this one. I have been dehydrated for quite some time. No amount of water, Gatorade, or Pedialyte could help me. To the point I felt water-logged and wouldn’t drink anymore that I wanted to go to ER to get a drip. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a try (my son is a workout beast and adventurer and suggested something like this. However his is different and doesnt contain the vitamins) I received this today and gave it a shot. IM TELL YA’LL!!!! Within about 20 mins of consumption. My brain fog was gone. I felt like I had life left in me. I think I even have a little bounce in my step! Lol. My body doesnt feel compromised and feels healthy. And that fact that it has all your necessary B-Vitamins and Vitamin C was a HUGE bonus that attracted me to it. You wont find that in gatorade or water. The Passion Fruit is really good. The taste is wonderful. It is not chalky or too salty considering it has 500mg of sodium. And with 170mg of Potassium thats another bonus you wont find in sports drinks. People may assume that the sodium content and sugar(only 11 grams) is high. But in reality, your body needs a complete balance of everything that is this product in order for your body to quickly align itself. Its the same As an IV drip. For people who dehydrate easily, workout, or had ONE too many the night before (not tested yet but sure it will be useful haha) this is the product you need. I feel 200% better after one stick in 16oz of water than I did an hour ago. This is truly amazing and i plan to purchase more for on hand use. Another bonus: Safe for children, consumption of how many you want (of course i wouldnt want to bloat up too bad with the sodium) and they pay it forward by helping others in countries of dire dehydration. Great product. I truly recommend it!

It tastes pretty good like a Gatorade mixed with Pedialite, the color is very odd though its a clear but foggy consistency and creeps me out

Sooo much better than pedialyte. Pedialyte causes nausea. The passion fruit is not too sweet and the sodium level is great. Also does not leave an oily texture that Pedialyte does. I will continue to buy this one.
