> 24 hourA friend of mine sent me a sample package of a few brands of electrolyte replacement powders and I have to say this one did the most for me. It contains glucose, which is actually crucial in delivering energy to cells, and the folks complaining about that (who are not actually diabetic, theyre just carb-phobic and brainwashed) are missing the point of this entirely. This replicates what youd receive on an IV in the hospital. There is a good reason for the inclusion of real glucose as opposed to stevia or monkfruit. Either learn more about this or keep buying other mixes that cater to the keto madness. For those of us who value energy and know how cellular biology functions, this is a game-changer and something to keep on hand for pre or post-workout, summer days spent outside, illness and generally keeping on top of true hydration. Please note; this does NOT replace pure water. It should augment the consumption of enough (for you) pure water. I like to have a full or half serving of this before bedtime, I tend to sleep better and wake up feeling more refreshed. But guys, PLEASE get this onto the FSA approved list like your lesser competitors, I beg you. Youd sell a lot more of this, as its pricy, and youd be helping a lot of people.

> 24 hourMy doctor says to use this sparingly for it might not rehydrate me that fast as noted. The product is VERY sweet even with plain water; so take it with plain spring water and not any juices etc.

> 24 hourIve been doing hot yoga, and at first, I had trouble with muscle cramps. I started adding electrolyte packs to my water, and surprisingly, I had fewer migraines on those days. I did some research on migraines and this is a thing, apparently. Some people who get migraines are sensitive to sodium (too much or too little is bad), and Ive never liked salt on my food. I now drink half a packet in the morning/evening with a lot of water and I seem to have fewer migraines. (Note: more than 1 packet a day total seems to be too much, and if I eat salty food, I skip the half packets altogether.) Its possible the placebo effect is at work, but even so Ill take it. While table salt would probably work as well and other electrolyte packets also do the job, these Liquid IVs are easy to work with and are quite tasty. A half a packet encourages me to drink a lot of water. I like the powdered format as I can mix as much water as I want, and the taste covers up some of the saltiness which I have trouble tolerating in other packets Ive tried. I also like having a convenient, consistent dose that I can easily take with me. In summary, expensive but works well, so its my daily indulgence for now.

> 24 hourI was skeptical about these but I work an intense job. The kind of job that is 12-16 hours of running around or standing on your feet. Sometimes I work myself so hard I wake up with a “work hangover” or don’t even have enough water flow to generate pee my whole day. This has helped me so much. When I drink it in the morning I feel like it replaces what I’ve lost. If I drink it on shift I feel like I get less depleted. The grape is my favorite but they are all worth it.

> 24 hourIf Ive had a bit too much to drink, I take one of these with water before I go to bed that night and I wake up feeling so much better than if I hadnt! My only concern is the amount of sugar in this formula, but all of their flavors are great!
