I would give this a ZERO if possible. Very frustrating interface. The instructions are worthless. Does not give you any guidance on how to connect/stream from a device. I simply wanted to use this for presentations and maybe some movies. The picture may be okay but I cannot tell you because all I have seen is the menu. It does not recognize Apple products even when connected to the USB. I understand you need to get an app for iOS, but it has horrible reviews. The PowerPoint only gives you an option to play presentation. You cannot control when to advance a slide. It just advances the slides at its own pace. There is nothing simple about this. When I connected my iPad it would only give you an option to view picture files and it was VERY slow to even do this. You cannot simply connect your iPhone or iPad and play a movie or mirror you screen. This is absolutely horrible and would not recommend to anyone. Also, I have an LG TV and I realized the remote was controlling both the projector and the TV at the same time. I cannot express how frustrating this thing is!!!!!

Exceeded expectations. Works very well in our setup. Pleasantly surprised at the uptime when running on the internal battery. Have attached a chromecast to it but the WebOS on this is pretty good. Very intuitive to use. Highly recommended

I bought it a month ago after testing multiple video projectors. The software system makes using this product very easy. It has Bluetooth and can get connected to wireless and you can steam from your cellphone/device. The quality of of the picture is very good. I am very happy with my purchase.

We spent 9 months trying to decide on a good projector for backyard summer time use. We waffled between inexpensive ($150 or less) but worried about brightness vs expensive ($1000 or more). Finally settled on this for a mid range $566. We love it. It has plenty of connection ports (HDMI ARC, HDMI2, Audio, and more) but also streams via wi-fi and connects via Bluetooth. Just did a trial run in our backyard, and it exceeded our expectations for brightness and clarity on a 150 backyard screen. We are really looking forward to backyard use this summer. One drawback is its lack of ability to stream Disney or Amazon. It does have Netflix and Hulu already loaded though. After looking it up, I am reading that very few LG devices are capable of streaming Disney. We are happy enough with the ease of use, portability, and picture quality, that we will keep it and find another way to stream those services to it when needed. (Xbox, firestick, etc.)

I did a lot of research on portable projectors and this one definitely is the best brightness, best quality for the price range. For everyone getting this projector you need to know two things: 1. Get a usb battery pack to extend battery life of this projector the built in battery is good but not great. 2. Pair with a bluetooth speaker, the built in speaker is crap - I paired mine with bose portable bluetooth speaker and its an amazing combo. I plugged my roku stick into the projector and can play literally anything I want in my backyard on the projector. Highly recommend

First, I tried multiple lower priced portable projectors and was very, very unhappy with those other choices. This unit I had working in minutes and its menu and setup was very good. Acted just like my LG TV and because LG has licensing rights, you arent redirected to some China site to install very questionable apps to make the unit work. The other units I tried had menus partially in Chinese, required questionable apps that didnt work or they displayed text in Chinese for some of the menus or apps (no English with English selected) and I know a couple loaded tracking software because I ran Wireshark and it was sending data to China. This unit works as I expected. I am giving 4 stars because it works well and the programming is professional, not Chinese junk. I gave it 3 stars for brightness, because I just wont give a higher rating when its not enough for bright rooms. However, they are honest about its brightness and it works in moderate light conditions, and very well in low light. I bought it to project on to canvas for painting and it works great for that can move the unit to the right distance and get just want I want to trace with the image. Plan to use it for football games this weekend. Didnt buy it for that, but its GREAT. Love the battery option. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed this projector. There are only a few things keeping this from being a five star projector in my opinion. At this price point you would like to see an autofocus and some sort of zoom capability. The focus lever works fine, but other models at this price point have that autofocus. Also the remote basically has to be within 3 ft of the projector to work. Still not a deal breaker. The quality of the image is what makes it all worth it though. The picture is excellent and still clear when there is some light which is great at this price point.
