Lenovo Tab M8 Tablet, HD Android Tablet, Quad-Core Processor, 2GHz, 16GB Storage, Full Metal Cover, Long Battery Life, Android 9 Pie, Slate Black

I purchased the Lenovo Tab M8 with 16GB storage with the expectation that I could format the Micro SD card to act as additional storage for programs. Based on my experience so far this is not possible. I formatted the SD card as internal storage however it will not load new programs onto the card and so it has filled up the 16GB of internal storage and I am now unable to add any additional programs.

Very sturdy

This is a great device to use with any apps you might want to use with a screen larger than your phone. Might not be the fastest device Ive used, but it gets the job done and you cant complain with the price tag it has. Seems a little slow for me when loading stuff or switching apps, but once you get to what you want it works like a champ. Probably only feels slow to me cause I have a stupid quick phone also running Android. Love using this for streaming, email, and reading. A truly great casual tablet.

Every time I boot this tablet up, its multiple minutes before it begins responding to input, and even then its slow and laggy. Doesnt hold a battery charge well at all - If I dont recharge it in a couple of weeks its back to zero and needs to go through its startup sequence. Worst piece of electronics Ive bought in a long time.

Pros:

Nice tablet but apps freeze and only way to get back to home screen is to reboot. Going to try to return it.

Lightweight runs fast can be fully charged in 3.5 hours. Loud mono audio speaker with excellent sound with Bluetooth or plug in headphones. The resolution is equal to a Samsungs best tablet.

I bought one for myself. Great. It upgraded from Android 7.1.1 to 8.1.1 immediately.

I thought this would be a good replacement for an older Samsung tablet. I liked the screen. The biggest problem is that the memory is too small to hold the operating system and just a few apps. The processor is also slow. I installed a memory card and moved the apps there but I was frustrated by how slow apps loaded and ran.
