Ordered 6 of these for the City I live in so we could do Zoom Meetings and Town business because of Covid . I was elected to set these up for town use. The Laptops work great and do all we need....however....There is a BIOS update for these out of the box, it is all easy to do and installed fine .... but I noticed that after the update, my Battery was continually discharging even when plugged in ! I had to let the Battery get to 0% and shut down, then when I plugged it in it charged normally...... this happened on all 6 laptops we bought..... so be aware and do not Panic, simply deplete the battery and then plug it back in... would have been nice if Lenova had warned of this procedure !

Lasted a year, before it broke and got stuck in a boot loop. Wasn’t used for anything other than basic personal tasks

I bought this notebook in Oct 2020 because my previous lenovo notebooks charging socket was broken.

I bought this a year and 10 days ago and in the last month or so the battery began to give me trouble when I plug it in to charge. It doesnt charge about 1 out of every 3 times I plug it in to charge. Have to plug and unplug it and several times and make sure its charging before leaving it or often I will find when I come back to it that it didnt charge. This occurs with both usb-c charging ports so either its the charger or something internal. I have followed advise to clean the usb-c port and charger plug without any change. I went to Lenovos site and put in for a repair and was told to take it to Best Buy who are authorized to repair it. Unfortunately I didnt realize how close the warranty was and it expired before I got it there. I have read that usb-c charging has inherent issues with charging so Im not sure if this is Lenovos fault of just the nature of it. My opinion otherwise about the laptop is also is that its just ok. My complaints are that it is too heavy, slippery to hold, its hard to open the lid, the screen is dim and way too glossy, and the speaker, for all the hype are just mediocre. Also the lack of an HDMI and card reader are also big drawbacks. The battery life is decent though and I was very happy with this when I first got it but now I expect to throw it away if it stops charging completely as I dont think its worth investing money into given its shortcomings.

I have always been a Lenovo fan but my wife on the other had has always had Dell. I hoped to convert her with this Laptop and she loves it. First of all the build quality is amazing since it has an all aluminum body which feels very premium. The screen is awesome at 1080p but do recommend getting a screen protector if you will be using touch since it is glossy and will get finger prints. The one I used was Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector Designed for Asus Chromebook Flip C434TA on amazon which fit it perfectly after reading about someone doing the same.

The WiFi adapter quit being recognized and all of the aftermarket programs were lost. After a restore to factory settings, they returned? Programs too?After a month, it all was gone again. Lenovo is no help on the manufacturer side. Updating drivers is no help. POS!!

Not only does this company have multiple lawsuits pending regarding the YOGA series, but Ive also personally had multiple experiences with my laptop not working. The audio/microphone will go out with no warning, Ive taken it to BestBuy geek squad and Ive been told every time it required an update because the microphone files just disappeared. Ive put in a whole new battery, same issues. The finger reader stopped working this month, the volume button on the keyboard is acting up now too, it wont turn up when I click the button, it just stays frozen on the volume. Same with the volume down button. Certain buttons no longer work, and I am just completely done with this laptop. I have had it for two years and I am ready to sell it for far less than what I bought it for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER.
