> 3 dayIve had this laptop since the beginning of 2020. I mainly use it for school, but it also works great for entertainment purposes. Other than a small dent on a corner from when my cats dropped it, the laptop has held up perfectly through the years. Its also fun turning it into a tablet.

> 3 dayThis laptop is very elegant, light and with very modern lines. There are two observations that I did not like very much. The first is that when working outside, the sunlight prevents seeing the details on the screen well and the second is that when there is a lot of light (such as sunlight), the characters on the keys do not look very good, but in general, this Laptop meets all requirements for office work such as spreadsheets, word processors, presentations, etc.

> 3 dayLaptop was advertised as new but arrived in a Lenovo box with a broken seal and a user account already set up. The return process took about three weeks from the time I shipped it back until the refund was issued.

> 3 dayThis computer was purchased for online learning this school year. It has completely stopped working and I have had to do complete reset twice. This is not even remotely okay. My eight-year-old daughter does her school work on this device and just runs a few school apps. Nothing she’s doing should crash this machine, but it keeps happening.
