This our 5th set of lights. Our entire outside is lighted and so much more secure.

Weve had the lights 11 months. Really like the way they light up the yard. Last week a section went out. The warranty says 50,000 hrs. We only run them 1-2 hours a week. When we tried to to find out warrarty information, Amazon says to contact seller. Trying to find the seller information is next to impossible. When you serach for the seller info it points to Amazon.

Great for the price! Just what we needed to brighten up our old deck. The lights are very bright and powerful enough to illuminate almost our entire backyard. We cut the strip into 2 parts per the instructions and it was really easy. Screws were a bit tiny but nevertheless easy to install. Not sure yet how they’ll perform with rain as it’s still summer time but hoping for the best! Highly recommend!

Regretfully, I plugged these lights in to test them while still in the coil, and they started to melt. It was only after that that I saw a line in the instructions that said do not plug in while still in the coil, so it’s on me for not reading the instructions first. They worked for a short while afterwards and then failed completely. I can only review the water proof rating, based on what I saw and felt in the fittings for the connection, which I would read is water resistant, but definitely not waterproof or submergible. I can only add that they generate a considerable amount of heat, so be considerate of what my layover the top or will be placed against them, even after uncoiled. There was a plastic bag near the coil when I plugged mine in it and started melting and smoking, Fortunately we were in my garage, as these were intended for lighting around my golf simulator.

I ordered 3000k and received 5000k. The hard part is that i installed the light in a grove around the top of my deck, this took a couple of hours getting it to lay flat and remain hidden from direct view. I then ran the power and turned it on for the first time only to discover it was not the color temperature that i ordered. The light works great just not what i ordered

Great, but maybe too bright (my photos show room lights on and off). This is basically avery white colored led light strip (we ordered the warm color version, but its still plain white in color) but if we were ordering again wed go with something dinner or dim adjustable as they provide the same amount of light as the normal room lights. They are way too bright for ambient movie lighting. We dont hate them, but arent in love, or even a third date, with them yet. The brightness may be perfect for you, but might just be our deal breaker.
