26-10-2024If you have an old crappy laptop with a spinner hdd and dont have money for a new machine this is the answer to your prayer. 240gb is plenty of storage in the age of streaming music and videos. just do it. start fresh

> 3 dayI just jammed this into a Vintage Dell E4130, to replaced a good, but full 160Gb HDD, and It is now a VERY different beast! Why pay more? Seriously? If you see negative reviews on this drive, Look at the competitions reviews: You WILL see the same! LOL. Memory is a commodity item! Like bottled tap water, paying more for a fancier brand wont make a difference on consumer level! This is my third Kingston SSD none have failed! (and have use their RAM for YEARS).

> 3 dayI think I bought this for my second gaming PC. Yes, thats what happened. It was when I first discovered about SSDs. Wanted to buy something cheap for a test. Man was it an experience.

> 3 dayIf you dont need the end all be all in SSDs and dont have a lot of money to spend, this is a good option. Not cutting edge, but not being marketed as such. Will do the job in a overall basic set up, or as someplace to put your OS and a few games.
