Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

Someone gave me an old work computer. It was a core i9 with good amount of ram. It took a solid few minutes to boot up. I wasn’t sure if a ssd upgrade would make a difference. I cloned the old hard drive and made this the primary drive. Boots up in seconds now. I’ve had it about 6 months without any issues. This was a very low cost solution for a htpc I don’t use much.

Upated an older laptop and made everything work like new.

After replace regular hard drive with this SSD hard drive, the laptop is like getting new life. The old hard drive has bigger capacity, but not really need those room. This 240G SSD is good for both speed and capacity.

Very good SSD, it is cheaper than the Samsung i wanted to buy, it fits perfect in my MacBook, it was missing the supporting screws and i had to take them off from my old HDD to make it stay in place in the macboob, overall happy with the purchase.

The speed is amazing for running games, i would recommend getting a larger capacity one tho for will fill up fast if your using to store games.

Your PC device may have a NVME connection but actually a SATA3 controller, this drive works as needed in SATA3.
