Walnut shells are a great thing for the bottom of the cages. This product is high quality and scoups out well. I have had no problems with it at all. There was no dust when pouring it into the trays or scouping. Love it!

Unfortunately out African grey did not like it. She kept shoveling it outside the cage. If she did like it we would have bought more.

I love this for foraging purposes and giving my bird different textures at the bottom of his cage. He seems to really love it.

My bag had a hole in it and I had to immediately transfer it to a different container. That being said the item did arrive clean and bug free and simple to use.

Works Well

This bedding is great. I use it in the trays to my large parrot cages. Sift it a couple times a week. Makes cleaning the cage easy. Of course I have grates that prevent the birds from getting into it. They shouldnt eat this.

Love it, but I have to say I use it as a polishing media. I use it to tumble my aluminum jewelry to make them shinny. Work perfectly.
