Exactly what bedding is. Has a fresh smell. The bag will last me at least two months so thats always a good thing.

Its more or less dust free and soaking up nicely, but also contains some larger pieces. Most of them are harmless, but there wer a few sharp pieces, so I have to inspect the shavings after each application which is additional work. Not sure if I will buy again, but price was nice for the amount of shavings.

The bag is smaller than I expected, however the quality of the product is perfect. I would like this grade just in a larger bag since there really is very limited dust when putting it into the litter box.

This bedding poses a serious health risk to your small pet. Pine and cedar bedding can harm your pets respiratory system. If you are looking for a cheap wood bedding I would recommend aspen shavings, which is a safe alternative.

I purchased this while my pot-bellied pig was tiny. I had hoped that by putting this in a liner he would have used it to go to the restroom. It did not work. He decided to make it more a toy and spread it all over the house. Needless to say, the only thing that worked for him was opening the door so he could follow my dogs out when they went to the bathroom.
